What Atlantis Digital would own
Atlantis Digital would develop the proposed European data infrastructure, resilient connectivity, city services and secure system integration. Its mandate would place continuity, privacy, interoperability and energy use inside the architecture from the beginning, with clear human and public oversight.

Design diverse fibre, wireless and operational links so critical services retain safe degraded modes when a connection fails.
Sovereign cloud, data and cyber operations
Assess European-managed hosting, identity, logging, recovery and security operations for public and industrial systems.
What must be proven before commitment
Digital systems would advance only with tested continuity, rights-respecting governance and practical integration evidence.

Service continuity. Demonstrate redundant paths, safe fallback, recovery objectives and operational ownership for critical services.

Privacy and cybersecurity. Verify lawful data use, least-privilege access, incident response and independent security assurance.

Interoperability and energy use. Prove open interfaces, controlled vendor dependencies and an energy profile consistent with system capacity.
