The 360 km route is unprecedented. The €4.673tn system estimate and €150–200bn early bridge estimate both require independent validation.
HYBRIT and Stegra show lower-emission steel moving into production. Europe must now scale supply and manufacturing capacity.
The concept assumes 60–90 GW over time. Each stage must align hydrogen capacity with European supply, grids and proven demand.
