What Atlantis Mobility would own
Atlantis Mobility would develop the proposed passenger, freight and local movement system between Europe’s Gate and the mainland. Its responsibility would join demand, capacity, safety, interchange and emissions performance across modes instead of optimising isolated links.

Mobility investment would require demonstrated demand, compliant safety and measurable operating performance.

Demand and capacity. Validate passenger and goods demand by phase, including peaks, disruption and realistic interchange behaviour.

Safety and standards. Confirm applicable rail, road, maritime, accessibility and emergency requirements across every interface.

Operations and emissions. Show reliable service plans, maintainable assets and lifecycle emissions consistent with stated objectives.
