What Atlantis Ocean would own
Atlantis Ocean would lead the proposed marine ecology, water management, food-from-sea trials and maritime service interfaces. Its mandate would begin with an independent ecological baseline and use monitored, reversible trials before any claim of net nature value.

Identify degraded and sensitive habitats, then test restoration methods against reference conditions and external review.
Water and maritime operations
Coordinate water quality, navigation, maintenance and incident response with port, energy and infrastructure operations.

Ocean proposals would proceed only where independent evidence shows measurable ecological value and responsive management.
