What Atlantis Energy would own

Atlantis Energy would develop the proposed offshore generation, storage, hydrogen and network interfaces needed by the city and potential mainland users. Its mandate would connect resource assessment with safe conversion, storage, grid operation and demand planning rather than treating each asset as a standalone project.

Assess wind and complementary resources, connection zones, maintenance access and ecological constraints before defining any generation programme.

Hydrogen and storage
Test safe conversion, storage and distribution pathways that could balance variable supply and serve industrial processes.

Model city loads, industrial demand, mainland connections and reserve requirements as one phased operating system.

What must be proven before commitment
The energy proposal requires measured resource evidence, a safe hydrogen chain and credible demand before major assets could be committed.

Resource and grid capacity. Validate generation yield, connection availability, balancing needs and resilience under realistic operating conditions.

Safe, scalable hydrogen chain. Prove conversion, storage, transport and emergency controls at the scale and locations proposed.

Demand and phase economics. Secure credible demand pathways and show how each stage could operate without relying on unproven later phases.
