What Atlantis Infrastructure would own
Atlantis Infrastructure would hold the proposed physical corridor mandate: route structures, crossings, ports, access nodes and the shared utility backbone. Its responsibility would be to define safe interfaces between civil works, energy, mobility, water and digital systems, while keeping inspection, maintenance and staged delivery visible from the outset.
Three proposed infrastructure workstreams
Corridor structures and crossings
Develop route options for bridges, tunnels, foundations and protective structures, then compare constructability, resilience and whole-life access.
Ports and access nodes
Plan maritime interfaces, transfer points and mainland connections as one capacity system, subject to navigation, safety and environmental review.
Utilities, inspection and maintenance
Reserve coordinated corridors for power, water, communications and service access so assets can be inspected, isolated and renewed safely.

What must be proven before commitment
The infrastructure proposal would advance only after route evidence, impact review and a credible staged delivery case are independently tested.

Route and ground conditions. Confirm geometry, geology, geotechnical risk and constructable crossing options through survey and investigation.

Navigation and environmental effects. Demonstrate safe maritime access and acceptable effects on habitats, water movement and coastal systems.

Phasing and cost control. Show that useful stages can be delivered, operated and maintained within transparent cost and risk limits.
