What Atlantis Security would own

Atlantis Security would develop the proposed resilience framework for critical infrastructure, energy, data and emergency services. Its mandate would connect physical protection, continuity, cyber defence and public accountability through proportionate, independently reviewed controls.

Three proposed security workstreams
Critical-infrastructure protection
Map essential assets and dependencies, then design layered protection proportionate to credible threats and public use.

Emergency response and continuity
Define command, communications, evacuation, medical response and continuity arrangements across operating companies.

Secure coordination and cyber defence
Establish shared situational awareness and cyber response while preserving separation, oversight and civil rights.

What must be proven before commitment
Security measures would require a credible threat model, proportionate governance and independently tested recovery capability.
01
Threat model. Validate hazards, hostile threats, dependencies and cascading-failure scenarios without overstating certainty.
02
Governance and civil rights. Define lawful powers, oversight, data limits, redress and proportionality before deploying controls.
03
Redundancy, recovery and audit. Demonstrate failover, recovery time, joint exercises and independent assurance across critical systems.
